If you don't fall in love with your product at first sight, no problem, you have 15 days to report your return.

Personalized products (by color and/or size) are excluded, those without original packaging, and products belonging to the "OUTLET" category, which cannot be returned.
So don't throw away the original packaging immediately if you are still not sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the product is returned after having been washed, used or tampered with by the customer, a refund will not be issued.
Procedure:
1- PREPARE THE PACKAGE:
Place the item or items you intend to return inside the original packaging and close it carefully.
2- COMMUNICATE THE RETURN:

Specifying:
1- Order number
2- Name and Surname
3- Product(s) subject to the withdrawal specifying quantity and reason
Then download the Return Form by CLICKING HERE , fill it in and insert it inside the package.
3- SHIP:
Choose a traceable shipping method, you can go to the post office or entrust the package to a courier.
Keep the receipt containing the tracking code so you can monitor the return status of the goods at any time.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods, (with the exception of shipping costs) no later than 14 days after the product returns to the warehouse.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the initial transaction (if the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer).

Damaged or Defective Goods
Any damaged products must be communicated within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of delivery .
The email must contain the following information to proceed with the refund and/or replacement of the goods:
1. Complete description of details regarding the damaged parts
2. Two or more photos of the damaged product where the problem is visible in detail, and another of the package including the original packaging and one of the contents of the box.
3. Send us everything by email to: amministrazione@declea.com
This way we will take care of the problem as soon as possible!
If the product has been used, washed or tampered with, it is not possible to make a complaint. If the product is collected without the customer notifying us of the tampering, the refund will not be made.
Conclusion of the Contract
The order is accepted when the goods are shipped. The purchase contract also becomes valid at the time of shipment. In some cases we may need to request more information to process your order and we still reserve the right to refuse an order.
The details of your order are saved electronically in the reserved area of the site.
If you have provided your email address you will receive all the information relating to your order by email.
Property right
Until the order is processed, DECLEA SRL remains the owner of the goods, and reserves the right to cancel and refund such purchase.
*Notice: If your order has reached €79.90, thus taking advantage of free shipping costs, and you subsequently decide to return a product, thus lowering the order amount without reaching the minimum threshold of €79.90, the shipping amount equal to €9.90 will be deducted directly from the refund due based on the return of the product.
