What messages will I receive regarding the state of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email of the order, when you do so, and a confirmation e-mail of the shipment when the order comes out of the warehouse to be shipped to the address you provide.

The courier went to the address indicated, but I was not there. What is happening now?
After a first attempt to deliver, the courier will give you a notice of its passage and will contact you to fix a new delivery date. You too can contact the courier when you receive the notice.
