Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend are processed starting from the following Monday morning as well as any order placed after 12:00 am processed on the following working day (Monday - Friday).
As soon as the package is handed over to the designated courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking code.

The order is entrusted to the courier within 8/10 working days*
except orders containing customized products (by color and/or size) which will require 10/12 working days.

For islands and remote locations, delivery will take 1/2 working days longer.

To ensure delivery takes place without any difficulty, please remember:
