The set of plates is shipped in a wooden crate with appropriate precautions.
We invite customers to report any damage to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If within the set received there are plates broken due to transport, we guarantee the shipment of replacement plates, while stocks last.
If not available, the intact goods will be collected at our expense and a full refund will be made

Shipping costs €9.90*, and is free for orders starting from €79.90
*For Calabria and Islands the cost is €11.90
